Please read carefully. By checking the "I have read and agree to the Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk" box during your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following.
1. Nature of the Activity and Assumption of Risk
Our sessions involve interaction with live animals (puppies). While supervised and well-socialized, animals remain inherently unpredictable. You acknowledge that minor incidents may occur, including light scratches, minor nipping or biting, allergic reactions, and slips or falls. These are inherent risks of the activity. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you accept these risks.
2. Health and Allergy Declaration
You confirm that you are able to take part in light physical activity. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant animal allergies or medical conditions to our staff before the session begins, and to assess your ability to participate safely.
3. Release of Liability
By participating, you release and hold harmless Pups & Yoga, its employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims arising from the normal and inherent risks of the activity, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This release does not exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing. Pups & Yoga remains responsible for maintaining reasonable safety standards.
4. Safety and Behavior Rules
You agree to follow all staff instructions at all times, interact calmly and safely with the puppies, and avoid rough handling, chasing, loud or aggressive behavior, and unsafe movements. Pups & Yoga may remove a participant or modify or stop the session if these rules are not respected, with no refund.
5. Personal Belongings
Pups & Yoga is not responsible for lost or damaged items unless caused by gross negligence.
6. Minor Participants
The minimum age for participation is 8 years old, with supervision at all times. If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to these terms on the participant's behalf and accompany the minor throughout the session. Please contact info@pupsandyoga.com for any questions about bringing a minor.
7. Media Consent
Photos and video may be captured during our sessions and used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in Pups & Yoga content, please let our staff know at the start of the session.
