Welcome to Pups&Yoga! By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Pups&Yoga offers puppy yoga sessions in a fun, safe, and structured environment. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website or an authorized booking platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hours before the event by emailing cancellations@pupsandyoga.com.
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Participation & Safety

  • Participants must follow the instructions of Pups&Yoga staff at all times.
  • You understand that interaction with puppies carries inherent risks, including minor scratches or allergies, and you participate at your own risk.
  • Pups&Yoga is not liable for any personal injuries, allergic reactions, or lost/stolen belongings during the session.

4. Age & Health Requirements

  • Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If you have allergies, asthma, or any medical conditions that could be affected by puppies or physical activity, please consult a doctor before attending.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all participants and puppies, you agree to:

  • Treat all puppies with care and respect.
  • Follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, rough handling of puppies, or inappropriate conduct.
  • Pups&Yoga reserves the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these guidelines without a refund.

6. Photography & Media

  • Pups&Yoga may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness in marketing materials.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member before the session.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending a Pups&Yoga session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You participate at your own risk.
  • Pups&Yoga, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from participation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule your session by emailing cancellations@pupsandyoga.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
  • If Pups&Yoga cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

9. Changes to Terms

Pups&Yoga reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
