Puppy yoga in Boston.
Sixty minutes of gentle yoga, free-roaming puppies, and unstructured cuddle time — in our brand-new Tremont Street studio in Downtown Boston, opening June 9, 2026.
Moving into 18 Tremont.
Boston is in transition: we're moving into our long-term home at 18 Tremont Street, Downtown Boston, opening June 9, 2026. In the meantime (May 21 through June 8), classes run at our interim studio at 133 Federal Street — same format, same instructors, just a different door.
The studio is a dedicated yoga space, not a shared pet store or café. Puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks).
One of eleven Pups & Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.
Sixty minutes, three parts.
20 minutes — warm up
Guided yoga to settle in. No puppies yet. Beginner-friendly, no prior experience required.
20 minutes — with puppies
Yoga continues while the puppies roam freely through the studio. Cuddle if they come to you.
20 minutes — free play
Mats away, time on the floor with the puppies. Photos welcome.
Our Downtown studio.

Wait — are you moving?
Yes. 33 West Street is our old location (last class May 20). From May 21 to June 8, classes run at our interim space at 133 Federal Street. Starting June 9, we move permanently into our new home at 18 Tremont Street, Downtown Boston. Your confirmation email will always show the correct address for your specific class date — book with confidence.
Where exactly is the new Tremont studio?
Starting June 9, 2026: 18 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02108. In the heart of Downtown Boston — Park Street T station is a 3-minute walk, Downtown Crossing is 5 minutes.
What happens in a Pups & Yoga class?
Each class is 60 minutes split into three parts: 20 minutes of guided yoga to warm up and settle in, 20 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely through the studio, and 20 minutes of unstructured play time with the puppies. No prior yoga experience required.
Is there parking?
Tremont is a city block — street parking is metered and limited. Several public parking garages are within a 2-minute walk (Boston Common Garage is closest). We strongly recommend taking the T: Park Street station (Red & Green lines) is right there.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeder partners we vet personally. They are typically 8 to 14 weeks old — within their developmentally appropriate socialization window. Each puppy attends only during this window and is never used for back-to-back classes.
Can I book a private session?
Yes. We offer private puppy yoga for corporate events, birthdays, bachelorettes, and brand activations — in our Downtown Boston studio or at your venue anywhere in Greater Boston. Visit our Private Events page for a custom quote.
