Puppy yoga in East Providence: Choose your class.
Now open in East Providence.
Our Rhode Island home is at 176 Taunton Ave in East Providence — five minutes from Fox Point and Brown, right off I-195.
Classes take place in a real studio, not a pet store or café. Breeds rotate each class and puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally, and only attend during their developmentally appropriate socialization window (8 to 14 weeks).
One of eleven Pups&Yoga studios across Canada, the USA, and Spain. Same format, same standards, every city.
Sixty minutes, three parts.
30 minutes — warm up
Guided yoga to settle in. No puppies yet. Beginner-friendly, no prior experience required.
15 minutes — with puppies
Yoga continues while the puppies roam freely through the studio. Cuddle if they come to you.
15 minutes — free play
Mats away, time on the floor with the puppies. Photos welcome.
Share during class, win a free session.
Post a photo or story of your class on Instagram or TikTok and tag @pupsandyoga — you're automatically entered in our weekly giveaway. Every Sunday night we pick one winner per city and gift them a free class. No hashtag needed — just tag us so we can see it.

Can I change my date?
Yes, free, up to 48 hours before your class: do it yourself online with the link in your order confirmation email, or at pupsandyoga.app/changer-date. Same city, one change per class. Tickets are non-refundable; if we ever cancel a class, you're refunded in full.
What breed of puppies will be there?
Breeds rotate each class — we announce the breed for each session in advance via email and on the booking page. All puppies come from licensed, ethically run breeders and rescue partners we vet personally.
Can I adopt one of the puppies?
No. We don't sell puppies or handle adoptions at our classes. If you fall for a puppy, just ask the team at the end of the class and we'll share the breeder's or rescue's contact.
What happens in a Pups&Yoga class?

No yoga experience needed: the class is made for beginners. Ages 13+; kids aged 8 to 12 come with an adult. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian accepts the waiver.
